Grab is probably clicking in and holding one of the thumbsticks. Probably left thumbstick click for crouch, and right thumbstick for grab.

I won't play on a console and rather my PC for Skyrim.I'm sure from my 360 copy of New Vegas(Yea I bought 2 copies) though and from Fallout 3 that clicking the right anologue wherever the crosshair was picked an object up.

I'd assume Skyrim wouldn't differ from that.

Actually....hm...weird. Hope they didn't remove it from PC.

Since they're going for the whole two-hand thing, maybe it's as simple as pressing the triggers/mouse buttons while your equipment is put away?

Left Thumbstick when clicked puts you in/out of sneak.
Right Thumbstick when clicked puts you in 1st/3rd person.

What do you mean? If grabbing isn't in Skyrim for consoles. It's not going to be on the PC version ether.

I used it a million times, and thats not an exaggeration. If you thought it was useless you were playing the game wrong.
