I've been searching and searching and I cannot find it. Can anybody help?

For almost all spells if you can;t find it, your skill is not high enough. I think there may be a spell or 2 only found in the world and not sold, but telekinesis is not one of them. It is worthless anyways so don't worry about it. Well it is a good leveling skill, but detect life is just as good.

My trained monkey followers appear to have located anectodal evidence saying it is available for purchase from the College of Winterhold or found in the Labyrinthian.
I have yet to find it, but now I'll be most interested to track it down.
