Alright I have waited patiently long enough, ANNOUNCE THE [censored] DLC ALREADY!

Don't worry, they'll announce it... In a couple of weeks... Maybe...

They must read these forums, i mean what are they doing just give ppl an answer there is no need to keep us all in the dark. I dont see what the problem is, like i said before just give us all anything pictures trailers news of any kind would be good, but not giving us anything your just pissing on the fans that buy the game, just give us some news for the love of god.

Well, if it's not bigger than any of the other DLC's then I gotta ask: Why did it take such a long time to release it?

God [censored] damn it, I was really hoping they would at least say something about the next dlc today. Do I really have to wait another week just to hear an announcement?

they read the forums... i would be really suprised if the next dlc did not adress some of the huge problems the game, like random encounters/events, and just an overall more dynamic environment, cause as it stands now, a lot of people are bored with the game so thats not gonna really help future dlc sales, so just adding a dlc that gives you a few hours of gameplay and nothing else i don't think is gonna work, i won't buy another dlc for this game unless i know they have adressed the base game and its environment.

Just to say

Boredom =/= Hate

I doubt they would add Random encounters again.

Its possible that they are trying to work out all the bugs for the DLCs. They don't want to give a date incase they come across more bugs. Trying to get it to run for PC, Xbob and PS3.

At the rate we're getting info we won't get another DLC until Rage comes out.

Or their marketing strategy could be to release really small amounts of info on Rage, Brink and that new Oblivion game (for got what its called) and then barrage us with info on the DLC and then release really cool tid bits of info on other games to get peoples mouths watering for the future games which makes them want the DLC to tide them over till the other games come out. But this idea wouldn't make any sense because this is an Obsidian game but Beth could be manipulating the release of info on DLC to go along with something large their about to announce which could be new trailers or a new game or other stuff.

if they are fixing the problems with the main game then fair enough, the wait will be worth it, i do find myself saving alot because i know what these fallout games are like for there problems lol, maybe that is an understatement. But any way hope the next dlc for the amount of time it has taken is a blooody good one :D
and addresses alot of the problems with the main game.

I guess Shinji means Point Lookout (it's sort of an expansion) and, what, the Pitt, maybe?

To me, an expansion would be something like Shivering Isles or Bloodmoon. Something with some heft.

There probably talking about the expansions and not about the other 3 add ons. If you count pointlookout and The pitt as a expansion.

They must already have all the DLC made during the developement of New Vegas. Because they new it would sell. If that is the case they should release a trailer soon showing tiny sneak peaks of all the future DLC with dates on the end of each of the showings.

E.g SECOND DLC - MARCH 26th
THIRD DLC - April 16th

I hate my imaginations. I wish they were true.

Tbh i would not call them expansions. Shivering Isles is a better example of an expansion in terms of the size of it.

i have no problem waiting for the dlc to actually come out, but i need a damn date already!

i 100% agree with u but i think it will be 2 to 3 months between DLC releases cause that's how they done it in the past plus it was 2 months before dead money came to xbox then 2 more months before it came to ps3 and pc

I have to say, as some people might have realised, they are likely makin an intrigue product which involves a lot of writing and scripting for consequences. And possibly they are making the core for more than one (1) DLCs at the time, so it takes a lot of time.

Just a guess though.

I hope that not all of Obsidian's employees are working on Dungeon Siege 3 instead of DLC for New Vegas.
