Where is the jeweler in Whiterun? : V

There is an empty stall in my Whiterun market. The old lady jeweler has been missing for about 1 game month. Where did she go? I want to sell her all the jewelry I craft from all the gemstones I steal.

I think you have to do her quest before she'll sell to you, I heard her shouting about her jewelery and decided to see if she had that circlet I've been looking for and it was like, "Hello, I'd like to buy-"

"OH MY SON MY POOR SON GONE OFF TO FIGHT"

"well that's great... uh... I have some gold here if-"

"OH WON'T YOU PLEASE HELP ME"

"Really lady, I just want to buy-"

I had a character that was trying to chop wood outside the Bannered mare and that lady kept shouting to everyone about bits and baubles,It was all I could do to not kill her,she is really annoying.

Farengar the wizard up in dragonsreach will buy jewelry. Rings and necklaces and circlets. But not raw gemstones.

Probably because,

1. He only sells to Companions, and there aren't that many of them.
2. Battleborn who supplies the Legion refuses to do business with them, because he is a Greymane.
3. Their son is involved with Talos and the Thalmors.

I don't think Eorlund only sells to Companions, because Idolaf refuses to do business with him, and IMO, that implies he *will* sell to anyone else as well.

He only sells Skyforge Steel and Wolf Armor to you if you're in the Companions. He probably will sell Skyforge Steel to high profile people if he likes them though.

Sure, but 64 gold? Thats all she carries (for me). That's barely enough to sell her 2 plain silver rings. You'd think that once you completed her quest she might have a bit more available for you.

She's old. She probably thinks that's quite the boon because in her day you could build your own Shrine of Talos for 50 gold.

This. Another annoying thing is that when you perfectly sneak into their house to get your hands on that fine valuable for Vex, Avulstein tracks you down and forces you to do the quest.
