I played through the campaign twice on Veteran, took me 20 hours combined, and I didn't see the Swarmer at all. Where is it?

There are about 3 in the section where you have to shoot down the Gunship. You can find them in containers around behind the wrecked wall the Marines use as a perimeter fence.

That's the only place you can find them in the whole game, afaik, though to be honest, they're rather useless. Great for carpet-bombing an area, bad if you're actually trying to do damage. I ended up shooting down the Gunship with JAWs.

There is one (or more?) where you fight the Pinger in Central Station and one (or more?) where you have to defend with some Marines at the end of the level after the flood. I think its called Semper Fi or Die.

Its appears as a box before you pick it up so it is quite easy to miss.

Central Station has two. one at either side.


the gunship one has 3 or so.


it can be useful but it's damn hard to use. i advice using it with Shift pressed so you can actually aim
