2-Just because the series moved to consoles DOES NOT mean they are the reason for no final boss. That makes NO SENSE. And, IMO, a final boss isn't really NEEDED for Crysis 2, it ended very well.

This isnt an RPG...why would we need a FINAL BOSS. The story telling was fluid throughout the game without the final boss needing to be there.

lol i also noticed this but when they leave a k-volt and and if you lucky enough to still have the microwave gun it is sooooo easy to deal with the cloakers i must admint i was a bit dissapointed to see that they wernt bigger but then again the ceph have evolved to look more like us to try beat up so i suppose the biggest threat they have is a pinger :/

Ehm... the 4 cloakers I guess.
They are not big, but I think they count as "the final boss".

at 5k nano catalyst a piece on easy mode (yeah I'm awful at fps, I'm a lefty and just play them for the story mostly) which is more than any other boss, it would seem they are the intended final encounter, and a cash cow for nano catalyst for people who want to unlock all the suit upgrades if they have not been frugal over picking up the sparkles after they kill every single alien.
