So I get this dungeon as a companion quest from the sixy lady and the last level door has a dragon emblem, meaning there should be word wall nearby but I cannot find it . Looked all over the level and the island itself.

If that is the place with the six addict Necromancer then I don't think there is a Word there.

It is the dungeon where you search for Arondil's (a necromancer's, not sure if it is the same one) writings.
There isn't one there; but I would make a note of the place as a place of interest just in case you wind up a word short.

Yeah, Yngvild is on an island in the Sea of Ghosts close to Dawnstar. I did get a misc quest for the necro when I picked up the journals but that's not why I was there. It was to get a Hircine totem for a companion quest. Bethesda's "Radiant AI" is [censored], I'm picking up quest items I shouldn't be. But back to the problem:

Now everytime I see this symbol in a dungeon, there's been a word wall. Am I wrong?

AFAIK, there is no correlation between that door and a wall.

That door just means it is an ancient dragon-born era site.

Yes, your wrong its just a door. There is no wordwall in that dungeon.
