According to this photo which i took from a YouTube video, Ulysses suppose to be sitting on the top of a rock when you enter the Divided (Lonesome Road) DLC map. But he isn't when i come through. Any ideas why's he not sitting there like he does on the pic below?

He only appears when the dlc i complete and under certain circumstances even then.
