Where/when do you want to fight a dragon? : V - Skyrim

I'd like to fight one inside that gorge on the right of the map. Either that or in the swamp to the North on a gloomy day.

I wanna fight a dragon as soon as I step out into the world.

How come everytime I think of this scenario, it's always funny?

To all those wanting a cliff/mountain fight...

If the dragons are able to picking us up and throwing us like they did with the larger, heavier giant... such encounters may meet a quick end.

What could be more climatic than battling one of these beasts at the peak of a mountain? Knowing that if you make one wrong move you're just as likely to fall to your death as you are to get burned to a crisp if you hold still. I suspect we'd have to use the dragon shouts as a form of defense causing the dragon to stagger before they get a chance to land a successful attack! On top of everything else, think of the fear you'd experience seeing it pass overhead only to disappear into the clouds and attack from an unknown angle... :ahhh:
