Where Would You Want to Grow up?

Oblivion was my first TES game so I'd have to say the Imperial City or Anvil.

There's a few places I would love to grow up in:

Skingrad. Skingrad seems like the friendliest, liveliest, most beautiful city in Cyrodiil, and the West Weald is the prettiest region of Cyrodiil in my opinion. I love the architecture of Skingrad, too. Especially the castle, that huge bridge is magnificent and the castle itself is immense. It also just seems like more of a "castle" to me than the other cities' castles because it is located outside of the city proper and on top of that huge, steep hill. I also might consider living in Bruma, but it probably would be too cold for me.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Senchal. Even though Senchal is supposed to be a crime haven and filled with drugs, the other parts of it make it seem so interesting. It's the biggest port in Tamriel, and there's all sorts of bazaars and markets and street life that makes me sure it'd be vivacious. Part of the town has also apparently been beautified. I just can't ignore the fascination I have with this city.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Torval. The descriptions of the beautiful gardens and palaces make me want to see this city. Also, it's in the Tenmar Forest, which seems like a very cool place to be in. Also, I am fascinated by Khajiits and their culture, so to live in the spiritual capital of Elsweyr would be very amazing.

I also wouldn't mind growing up in one of Hammerfell's southern cities. To be honest, growing up anywhere in Tamriel would be cool. I just love the Elder Scrolls and its lore

Edit: I would also love to live in Bliss. I love the vibrant colors and the cheery-looking buildings and the strange plants and all of the citizens. I feel like growing up and living there would be, well, blissful!

I've always loved Suran for whatever reason - the peaceful lakeside and the terraced arrangement of the buildings always made the place seem like a very cozy and natural place to live in.

i don't know if this counts but the Manic district of New Sheoth of the the Shivering Isles expansion because it seemed like a comfortable place and inspired madness. If that doesn't count i also liked Bruma as well because it was cozy and i liked how the city buried itself into the ground sorta.

I always thought of this...lol Funny you bring it up.

Main: Mournhold. CITY OF LIGHT....CITY OF MAGIC...

Anvil would probably the awesome one. Pirates etc walking about to view/observe, Great weather, Water/Boating/Fishing Hunting outside, and you're not land locked.

Bruma up in the Snowy Mountains. Harsher Weather but it build character and when you go to other cities you appreciate their good weather...and you'll still have your hardened skin. (I'm from St. Louis and live in Florida...lol people freeze here at like 70 degrees...I was going to school in shorts in december when people had their big puffy New york Like Jackets. xD)

I don't remember the town's name but in Solsteim, the viking/nordic settlements. Mead Halls = awesome.

Battle Thorn Castle would be awesome to be future title holder of.

House of Redoran was pretty cool looking aswell in Ald'rhun/Emperor Crab Husk....That was neat as hell.

Anvil because it's architecture and the feel the city has reminds me of some years of my childhood in Delaware.

Skingrad. Seems like the nicest city in Cyrodiil to grow up in. Lots of cheese and sweetrolls.

All propaganda by the Alessians, honest guv'nor.

Given the very low fertility of the elven races, most likely.

Skingrad man! It's has a paranoid Bosmer. A house of Undead. A pale vampire lady who feeds on prisoners. A necrophelic Dunmer. And the leader and count himself is a vampire! My kind of town.

Either Masser or Secunda. Sure they may be moons and Lorkhan's rotting corpse, but they are the safest places in TES.

From the concept art, Riften just seems like a really lovely and peaceful town, not to big or small, surrounded by the beautiful fall forest and half on the river, not too cold or hot (going by geographical location and climate type) with that rustic Nordic architecture.

Skingrad seems like a nice place too.

Of course it will be difficult to say until we see all of the cities in Tamriel, which may never happen.

I've always loved the peaceful, cozy atmosphere of Pelagiad. The area immediately surrounding Pelagiad is lovely too with it's trees, grassy rolling hills and Lake Hairan nearby. Very soothing after a long day's adventuring.

I always thought of it as a place to party.

At the moment, I'm thinking of Skaal or Thirsk on Solstheim. I like the first one's society - and what a name :foodndrink: - and the second one just owns, being a mead hall and all.

Well to the topic's general question It'd be Pyandonea, home of the maormer.
The sound of rainforests, sea serpents (big snake/eel fan) and finding out more on Orgnum, all really interests me.
However to Dunny's specific question: I would see it being either Skaal, Pelegiad, Bruma, Anvil or Chorrol.
