There's a few places I would love to grow up in:
Skingrad. Skingrad seems like the friendliest, liveliest, most beautiful city in Cyrodiil, and the West Weald is the prettiest region of Cyrodiil in my opinion. I love the architecture of Skingrad, too. Especially the castle, that huge bridge is magnificent and the castle itself is immense. It also just seems like more of a "castle" to me than the other cities' castles because it is located outside of the city proper and on top of that huge, steep hill. I also might consider living in Bruma, but it probably would be too cold for me.

It's the biggest port in Tamriel, and there's all sorts of bazaars and markets and street life that makes me sure it'd be vivacious. Part of the town has also apparently been beautified. I just can't ignore the fascination I have with this city.

Also, it's in the Tenmar Forest, which seems like a very cool place to be in. Also, I am fascinated by Khajiits and their culture, so to live in the spiritual capital of Elsweyr would be very amazing.
I also wouldn't mind growing up in one of Hammerfell's southern cities. To be honest, growing up anywhere in Tamriel would be cool. I just love the Elder Scrolls and its lore
Edit: I would also love to live in Bliss. I love the vibrant colors and the cheery-looking buildings and the strange plants and all of the citizens. I feel like growing up and living there would be, well, blissful!
