Where would you want a Skyrim expansion to take place? : V

i know the game is still new and there is still so much to explore, but i like to think about things.

Oblivion took us to the shivering isles. morrowing had Bloodmoon.

were would you like to go?

personally i would like to go to the Summerset isles, those stuck up Altmer have been messing around with everyone for too long, i think its time to sick the PC on them ^_^

Something with Boethiah or some other of that interesting stuff being thrown around in the lore section.

Also, Summerset Isle is impossible. They would just kill you on sight unless you played as an Altmer or Bosmer.

I think there is enough landmass as it is - not bothered about landmass - I'd rather have an event such as the arrival of a mass of Khajiit refugees or something like that.

I don't expect an entire provience an expansion. Although maybe another realm of Oblivion just like SI was, although which is a bit harder.. maybe Boethima.

Summerset should get its own game, not a tiny expansion (expansion is always tiny for a province).

On topic, I'd like to visit Western Morrowind (or at least some regions of it). No game will happen in mainland Morrowind and it would be nice to see the consequences of the Red Year first hand.

Definitely Summerset isles and Valenwood! Skyrim is too exclusive on the Nords, leaving out the other races. It's time to put the spotlight on the Elves!

summerset is comprised of two landmasses, the larger western, and the smaller eastern. . .we should invade the eastern, that seems like a good size of land for an expansion

An expansion where u meet Talos and/or go back in time to fight side by side with him when he created the great empire. that would be awesome imo.

maybe a quest line featuring the forsworn? they are a group of bretons who are trying to resist the nords in the parts of skyrim that were recently captured by the nords in a war against high rock. and you can choose whether to back the nords or the bretons? just an idea

Well, I talked to some Khajiit merchent and he told me the Khajiit lands are like warm deserts or something so an expansion set in their land would be really cool.

But it wouldn't fit Skyrim's cold environment, that's for sure. xD

I'd buy anything to do with Hircine, or any of the more violent Daedric lords, but otherwise I wouldn't bother. I have no interest in elves whatsoever.

How about stopping the reincarnation of the Dwarves? The Khajiit refugee was wicked sick as one posted above. Summerset Isle would be cool. Being carried to your execution, you escape and have to prove the Elves wrong, thus giving you a chance to set foot on the Isles without having to fear an arrow flying past your head.

Personally I think the obvious choice for Expansion is eastern High Rock. A mountain range splits west and east High Rock, which makes eastern High Rock a good "expansion" size instead of the full game.

The country borders Skyrim nicely, and doesn't touch on other provinces which can be used for other full games. Similar climate so they can concentrate on content instead of new graphics, it has all the tick boxes for expansion imho.

Most people expect expansions to be equivalent to full games it feels.

It works well, I just pointed out WHY its a solid, and reasonable expansion territory. Plotwise, Faction War already done in skyrim, no need for another,

With a big section on board ships, there can be some 'events' happen while on board before arrival and then... so on, etc.
