I think New York would be nice and fun, although it would be hard to get around you would have to use subways like in the D.C. ruins.

NYC is a popular choice, personally I'm hoping to see the Commonwealth and the Institute (Massachusetts). Ronto (Toronto) would be interesting and I'd like to know more about the American annexation of Canada, and Florida has some awesome potential between it's environments and the locals (a space port, amusemant parks, etc.).
