Alright so i finally found the spot to mine the quarry stone, and i kinda feel stupid not noticing it right NEXT to the damn place where you build crap, but I'm still having troubles finding where you mine the clay stuff from, can someone help me out by telling me where about it is or exactly where it is, ive spent most of the time when playing skyrim today just trying to find these spots =.=

Close to where the wood is placed. If you stand next to the lumber, look at the house, and then walk forward a little till you go down a short ridge, you'll pretty much be standing on it.

as resistanceknight said its near the logs you cant miss it it looks like a mammoth did bad things there.
