A house in a large(the largest) city I suppose. It feels less lonely than living in some cabin or tower in the middle of nowhere. Plus I'll have easy access to shops.

I want a house in the city, but I want it to be a mages house - with all the cool things that a tower is supposed to have, but in a more... Social maner, like a court mage or something like that :)

I'd like to live in a house in a city... although I don't know enough of Skyrim's cities to say which city, specifically. As with past Elder Scrolls games, I'll probably be partial to Skyrim capital city, but I know so little of Skyrim that I'm not sure which that is. Is it Solitude? Regardless, that one city overlooking the water and that giant rock bridge seen in the gameplay trailer also looks pretty great. If I could get a house on the edge of a cliff overlooking the water in a settlement like that I mentioned, that would be great... or perhaps I could get a home in Markath Side facing some waterfalls. Then again, the fall forest area looks pretty nice and there must be a decent-sized settlement there. The possibilities are endless.

I want to live in Dawnstar, in a log cabin of some sort (and a hot spring would be nice).

I'll buy a nice house in a lively city, but I'd love to have a shop for my mage to sell encantments out of, and live above. Just have my spouse run the place while I'm out.

A house in one of the main cities. Dunno what it is, but prefer living in a city/town over a special player home. (like Frostcrag or Battlehorn)

In a wizards tower, perferably made of ice~ Or hidden behind a waterfall, carved into a mountainside.

Why don't you make it multiple choice? We can own multiple houses.

I'd really like to live in a village like Riverwood.
Not crowded like a city, but still alive.

Oh I believe we'll be seeing some pocket dimension homes cropping up after Skyrim is released. Just a hunch. ;)

I'm hoping for a Skyrim version of Morrowind's "Private Mobile Base". Kuddos to whoever made that mod. It was sooooo good.

Big town house, but near the College of Winterhold. I intend to live there before I can afford a house. I really hope there isn't one of those hovel houses for sale near there. It has to be Bruma house at a minimum. Failing that, whatever is the biggest, poshest house with the most display cases and storage for sale in the whole province. With a wine cellar.

I would like to live in a secluded area, with a modest home, a big garden, and a pond.

I'll probably end up making a Spencer Homes for Skyrim since I'm rarely happy with the in-game options, although I did enjoy Frostcrag Spire.

Karthwasten!

I'm nostalgic, and that's where my Arena character spent most of his time when he wasn't adventuring.
