Where do you want TESV located and why?

I want it in Hammerfell because my favorite race is the Redgaurd. I want to return to the Dwemer ruins. I know they already used it for Daggerfall but I have never played it and I think they can really flesh it out if they use the sandbox style of gaming they use now.

Black Marsh is way cooler. And, IMO, Argonians >>> All races
