Heres what I think on each region (not including Cyrodiil)
Morrowind: The game I think did a good job on the environment, but I'm not interested in more ashlands. Also, Dark Elves really annoy me.
Hammerfell: I like Redguards, they would make an interesting culture, and I really like the idea of being in a place that used to be inhabited by dwarves (see my name) or dwemer, whichever u like. Previous games didn't have good enough graphics to do them justice, but if you can fit their ruins/culture in any province, I'll be content.
High Rock: I feel like it will be too similar to Cyrodiil.
Summerset Isles: I don't really like High Elves too much, but their architecture could be very interesting. Still I agree with a previous post saying it should be in a later Elder Scrolls (6 or even 7) so the graphics will be stunning.
Valenwood: First off, I might like this so my Bosmer won't feel short. Their culture would also be very interesting. Maybe dungeons built inside the roots of trees or possibly in them? Also, it has extreme potential for some new monsters.
Elsweyr: I would really like a game set in a province inhabited by beast-men. And I'd prefer Elsweyr to the Black Marsh. The jungles and grasslands have extreme potential. Also, Khajiits are pretty cool.
Black Marsh: I love Argonians, but I'd hate the Black Marsh. Plus, the diseases are supposed to be deadly to any non-Argonians. And the swamps would sort of svck.
Skyrim: This is where I want the next game to take place. I like Nord culture, and Skyrim could be a vastly expansive place. It would be cool to find hidden villages in the mountains that might save your life. Also, maybe a bar that when it runs out, you start losing health from frostbite, pneumonia etc. You can refill it by building a fire, going near one, or entering a warm building. However, it would also draw enemies to you. For the people who dont like that, they could just toggle it off.
