As title says, which abilities (probably from Templar and/or Restoration Staff) provide Self-Healing? Lots of abilities mention how they heal allies, but it isn't clear whether the caster is considered an "ally" for the purpose of these abilities. Anyone with more experience want to jump in?

Also, what are the BEST self-healing abilities?

every templar healing ability also heals yourself except the rushed ceremony skill if it targets someone else

The problem with those an every other site is they simply list the text of the skill, which is ambiguous as to whether the game counts yourself as an "ally." Strictly speaking, you are yourself, not your ally, but I don't know how the game interprets this.
