I am still not set on which alliance i will be joining on day one, I'm not sure if there are many or any others in my situation.

I decided to start this poll to get a general idea of what everyone else is doing

This isn't a competition of which alliance is best, i just want an idea of which will have the highest/ lowest population at launch, i don't want to be on the overpacked alliance where the other two have limited population.

Im kind of hoping there will be a balance.

All follow the Aldemeri dominion we aren't going to let the filthy races of men rule no more.

I'm going to play all 3, but my main will probably be EP.

Aldmeri Dominion are going to be the most overpopulated by far - be prepared for that now.

If you plan on playing an Imperial, Daggerfall Covenant is the best choice for many reasons. Primary reason being it's the only one of the three looking to rebuild the Empire, ruled be mankind. The Aldermi want to destroy the Empire, and reinstate a new Kingdom ruled over by the Elves and a Elf Queen - they're the Elf Fascists of Tamriel. Ebonheart are more concerned about defeating Molag Bal, and their alliance wants nothing to do with the Empire.

I will have one in each. Redguard in AD, Khajiit in DC and Nord in EP.

Ah yes, the weekly "Which alliance will you join ?" thread. Oh, look, EP is winning on this one.

In the end, it will be all of them. However, none of my characters have an interest in the war effort.

I'll start with a bowman (class still not sure) bosmer on the DG.

Daggerfall Covenant. I'll be joining the Aldmeri Dominion though, because of wife veto power.

That said I hope they make it a little more challenging to be an effective archer.

Not sure at this point. I originally wanted to join the Ebonhart Pact, then I decided to make an Argonian. Not only that, I gotta figure out what my guild is going to join as well.

Seems like so moany people are joining the Dominion cause they see them as the "evil" covenant yet they have clearly said the lore that they don't "hate" men, they just don't thinkt he race of men is old/wise enough to rule and are like children.

Her favorite Skyrim character was a Bosmer Archer, so in the context of the game, I suppose so.

All 3 but probably DC first.

I'd very much prefer an Orc melee in Daggerfall Covenant, but after failure to enjoy my time as a melee in 1st person it looks like I'll be an archer in AD using 3rd person

Personally I'm joining the Dominion because of the classes... yet that actually doesn't matter if you pre ordered like I did. I'm actually joining it when I start because I like the starting area. Having already went through the DC starting area in the beta I'd like to have a fresh area to start out at this time around (yet I did skip a good bit of dialogue so some things would still be fresh for me) but I will have a few alts in the other factions. I guess that's not the best excuse for joining them. With that said and done, I try to play the good side and not so much the bad/evil side. The more I think about it though the more I'm questioning my own excuse for joining them, I very well might end up with my main being in DC at release but at this very moment I'm siding with AD. My opinion could change in the next month.
