Which broken game engine is Skyrim running on?

I have seen the trailer that has been put out and I cannot help but get my hopes up. I did this with Oblivion and again with Fallout 3. I am tired of having my hopes dashed in such a horrible horrible way. So I would like to get my hopes completely destroyed ahead of time.

Which broken ass middleware heavy using engine is this game going to be running at launch? Gamebryo?? Renderware?(lawls)? How much SpeedTree? will this game use? Can we expect the usual excessive amounts of pop-in textures that Bethesda games usually have? Pop-ins on a scale to rival those of the Unreal Engine...
How many glitches and bugs should we expect at launch? Will they be crippling or shippable bugs? (Quantity/Quality)

Also my excitement for casters/stealth characters has gone through the roof. Could a developer please come on here and quickly destroy it before I get in over my head here?
I know this can't possibly be real. In the Skyrim trailer I saw Assassin's Creed style assassinations that were only vaguely suggested at in Oblivion. (lawls when they announced Oblivion will have good stealth because they hired a dude who worked on the Thief series)
How much worse will the dialogue/charisma/charm options be compared to all Bioware RPGs? I know that in the past Bethesda has aimed for a steady 1000% worse than the standard in the RPG genre so I'm just wondering if that has changed at all, perhaps gotten worse maybe?

Bethesda developed their own engine for this game.

The tone of your opening post is hardly constructive, and comes off as more than a little trollish. If you wish to discuss a topic please try and keep things a bit more positive - that doesn't mean that you have to love each and every thing but at least don't start off by calling things "broke" and opening mocking them.
