If you could pick ONE recurring character from Oblivion to show up in Skyrim as a dragon or ghost (only realistic scenario), who would it be?

I'd pick M'aiq The Liar or MraajDaar

... How would any recurring character be a dragon? Explain THAT to me.

Mannimarco, as a ghost. But not the gay Mannimarco from Oblivion the scary one from Daggerfall.

the uesp wiki says the following:

"Due to Daggerfall's multiple endings and the subsequent retcon (The Warp in the West) however, it is unknown if the Mannimarco you face in Oblivion is the "true" Mannimarco, another Mannimarco created by the Dragon Break that didn't receive the Mantella, a possessed vessel, or just a necromancer who took the name for effect."

So maybe Mannimarco could even still be around.

My bad, but maybe they pulled a Tosh Raka or a Martin Septim..or became a lich

Im not interested in ghosts and I dont see how they could be dragons, but Id like recurring NPC's.

I really do not know why but Ive always very much liked the Argonians.
City-Swimmer and Kud-Ei and Seed-Neeus and Dar-Ma.
Probably all dead by now, I dont know how long Argonians live.

I fully expect to see M'aiq. With a funny explanation on how he got there.

I suppose a lot of the Altmer and Dunmer could have lived that long, but the only one Id be remotely interested in is Ocato.

The NPC's Id really like to see are from Morrowind and in one case, also Daggerfall though.
Divayth Fyr and Barenziah.

That'd be cool. I always thought that Mannimarco should've been much more powerful in Oblivion, at least much more powerful than Umbra..

Well... I can tell you right now with 100% certainty we will not see a familiar NPC come back as a dragon. :confused:

I really want to find out what http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Bloodmoon:Athellor discovered about the Falmer when he went to Skyrim. Being a Altmer he very well could still be alive during the time of Skyrim. At the very least I hope there is a book written by him in Skyrim.

I believe M'aiq the liar will return. He is a easter egg and thus is not bound my the laws of Nirn. Though, I hope he has a interesting explanation for why he is there. I don't remember who said it and I apologize for that if you're reading this, but I really liked the suggestion of:
"Be careful around dragons, they are fragile. M'aiq broke one and now he is here." :lmao:

Tosh Raka is the only person that wuld make sense to be a dragon in this case. And anyone could come back as a ghost but most likely an emperor...

Ghosts are the only feasible way any NPC could return (Dragons? Really? How?) seeing as the game takes place 200 years after Oblivion. I'd say nobody though, there's not many characters I've actually cared about, at least not from Oblivion. So nah, I think I'll go with new characters who hopefully aren't as boring and bland.

It was so much fun spawning 7 adoring fans and going bowling with them, or back flipping one off of a mountain..

Obviously the ghost of M'aiq, and maybe the ghost of J'zin-Dar. You know, the Khajiit from the Skooma Den. "I'm J'zin-Dar. I tell you, so you can tell everyone who kicked the crap out of you. J'zin-Dar. Get it right." and "You are stupid, so I'll make myself clear... you are stupid. Go away. I don't want your blood and puke all over me."

I remember him! That was awesome using frenzy spells on him!
