Are there any characters who you would like questlines for?

If so, what would the questlines(s) involve?

I know that there will be no future DLCs for Skyrim. This is just a thread to see which characters people think have the potential to have a questline DLC surrounding them.

Update: Sorry for the misleading title. It doesn't just have to be one character. It can be as many as you like.

Like, full-on series of quests, like one of the Guilds? Or something like Mjoll the Lioness?

Either way, Karliah. She's my favorite NPC, next to Master Neloth.

Delphine. Coz I wanted to kill her.
Esbern. Coz I wanted to kill him.
Anise. Coz I wanted to know who she is.
The Thalmor. Coz I enjoy killing them.
Heimskr. Coz I want to spread the word of might Talos. He who is both MAN! and, DIVIIIINE!!!

Questline DLC(s)? No thanks. If it gets included for free in a patch then I am ok with them.

We should not be having to pay for DLCs that add quests.

Also I know what this topic is about. I'm just saying questline DLCs are bad to pay for.

The College of Winterhold (characters). That quest line left me with more questions than before I started it. I want to know

Her story was intriguing and I'd love to run around with her while she is evading the Alik'r (spelling?), or perhaps even travelling back to her homeland to set things right.
