To say the truth, if they are not many, it could be interesting seing them again, with improved graphics and movement. On the other hand, it seems the role of quick, flying low level player eaters will be covered by dragons this time.

Everything from Oblivion I want back (apart from creatures in Shivering Isles obviously because that was a unique dimension).

I really hope they have Ogres.

I also want lots of rats, cats, sheep, beers, pigs, cows, wolves, foxes, deers, elks in the cities and in the wilderness. Natural animals.

EDIT: and dogs obviously.

I want them worse then they were in Morrowind. Were you are swarmed by a thousand of them at the beginning of the game and the only way to actually play the game is to mod them out.

deathclaws

A post apocalyptic chameleon with the ability to ignore any armour? Not exactly an Elder Scrolls creature :P

Personally i want to see Cliff-racers diving out the sky and picking up mud/snow-crabs, then flying up and dropping them on the heads of passing travellers.

Butterflies.

Or some variant thereof. Invent a new pretty bug, just there for atmosphere.

-Wolves/Timberwolves, maybe some sort of Warg-like creature
-I hear mammoths and sabertooths are confirmed, how about woolly rhinos?
-Ogres, giants, and trolls! You can't be in a Scandinavia-esque environment without those.
-Goblins or gnomes of some sort. Maybe even kobolds.
-Some kind of flying enemy, not necessarily a dragon. Maybe a cliff racer or some kind of imp creature?
-Minotaurs for sure
-Spriggans
-Bears! But these bears need to be huge. Like, ice age huge.
-I'd like more ice creatures.
-Slaughterfish should make a return, but I want other aquatic creatures—and more of them.

I'd also like to see snakes, like a viper. I believe Daggerfall had snakes.
