Which daedra would be the closest aspect to justice? I know none of them are exactly are justice but which one can be perceived or interpreted as one? Closest I can think would be mephala, what do yal think would be the closest?

Jyggalag? I know he represents order, but you can't have order without a good justice system.

How are we interpreting 'Justice'? Are we going for the basic "What is fair?" definition?


Jyg represents perfect order, literally everything must be in perfect order and the only way for this to be achieved is to make everything into a single static whole. I'd say you can't have justice without some disorder, which Jyg prevents.

Honestly, I'd go for Peryite; he represents a softer order than Jyg.

I think it would be an Aedra. Wouldn't Stendarr sort of be justice? Zenithar maybe?

I'd say Malacath. He is the Keeper of the Sworn Oath and Bloody Curse. If you've ever been wronged and seek vengeance, he's the Prince to invoke.

In Morrowind, he sought to restore Kharag gro-Khar's honor by exacting vengeance upon Oreyn Bearclaw's descendant. In Oblivion, he sent the Champion to free the enslaved ogres of Lord Drad's estate and allow them to issue the same treatment to Drad and his wife.

I guess it depends on your idea of justice, but most believe that swearing oaths of vengeance upon those who wronged them is justice.
