Thats why smart people run the world.

They do... from behind the scenes :ninja:. They're smart enough to put the fools in the spotlight to bear the public's wrath... They are the invisible hand...

What has knowledge ever done for us!

Excuse me from my computer, my bluetooth-enabled 5 gigapixel camera-phone with in-built electric razor is buzzing. It may be sensitive details my journalist friend in China said he'd send me by hacking the Great Firewall. Also, Iran's nuclear program. Or maybe the electric razor component is faulty.

Actually, I thought it was the LiPo battery getting ready to "expire."

Smarts comes in several forms. Is not a politician which specializes in manipulation, disinformation, and backstabbing also a very intelligent one? Afterall, he has to understand and manipulate a very complicated system with dynamic and intrinsically unpredictable elements.
You've just anolysed a simpler joke than the average "That's what she said!". I can't figure out what the hell for.

Haunted libraries of nameless black books FTW! If you want to get cranky, the second law of thermodynamics states that entropy WILL ALWAYS win. :D

Thus, Hermaeus and friends are eventually guaranteed victory.

A vast library didn't guarantee Jyggalag victory.

Yea well, this is the Lore Forum, folks around these parts are generally slightly more academia-oriented than your average forumers... :read:

Threads like these always surprise me in showing just how many people lurk the Lore Forum without posting very often, lots of different faces in here...

Hiricine or Peryite. I'm leaning more towards Hiricine, but that's only because he's more known. I would like it if Peryite was a lot more well known. If he is about pestilence, (like one of his conflicting reports on him says) then Peryite!

Are you serious or are you being sarcastic?

Remember, remember, the fifth of November,
The gunpowder treason and plot.
I see no reason the Fifth of November
Should ever be forgot.

She isn't even that loyal or benevolent to her followers, she's quite fine with making them live in solitude for decades and putting their sanity at risk just to win a wager with another daedric prince.

Ah... heh. At risk of dragging RL religion into the discussion... Job? :bolt:

As for me, I would ordinarily avoid the Princes of Oblivion, much preferring Zenithar. However, were I to fall to my darker nature, I find myself drawn to Boethiah, Mephala, and even Molag Bal to a certain extent. It all depends upon whether I fall in the direction of revolutionary paranoia, my love of the notion of vengeance taken silently, or raw frustration.

Daedric Prince? Mephala, anticipation of that great and underrated statesman Vivec and s/he of such black hands. I'm quite a fan of the pair.

-Azura is a [censored].
-Shegorath would drive me crazy and/or make me go on silly errands for him.
-Jyggalag worpship is only for facists.
-Dagon is like a sledghammer; not good at anything but destruction.
-Molag-Bal is the god of [censored].

I would probably go for Boethiah, Malacath or Mephala. They seem like the best choices.
