Probably Jyggalag.

Because I find the idea of cold, deterministic knowledge quite sixeh.

Jyggalag doesnt know everything, not with free will. So he sets the deck so to speak. Its alot easier to predict what your opponent will do when he only has one option.

-Azura is a [censored].
-Shegorath would drive me crazy and/or make me go on silly errands for him.
-Jyggalag worpship is only for facists.
-Dagon is like a sledghammer; not good at anything but destruction.
-Molag-Bal is the god of [censored].

I would probably go for Boethiah, Malacath or Mephala. They seem like the best choices.

The provinces could argue that facism is what they've had for the last 433 years, although whatever it is, it's done them more good than harm, considering how much infighting it's saved them. And with the lack of an emperor and talk of seccesion, there's probably going to be a lot more chaos (at least more than before) in the coming years.

He can still predict what they will choose, most of the time.

She isn't even that loyal or benevolent to her followers, she's quite fine with making them live in solitude for decades and putting their sanity at risk just to win a wager with another daedric prince. Appearing motherly and benevolent is just her angle, there's all sorts of clues throughout the series that she's just as self-serving and petty as the other daedra.

But the wager was that solitude wouldn't be putting her sanity at risk; she didn't think that it would hurt her priestess. Not to mention that she was the one who brought along Dagoth Ur's downfall, and as for the Tribunal, one could argue that the deaths of Ayem and Seht were Sheogorath's doing (he seemed a lot more outraged than Azura when the Tribunal was formed). And she stopped the ashstorms in Mournhold.

Peryite, that was I could organize an uprising from the lower classes of Oblivion and take over. :gun:
Threads like these always surprise me in showing just how many people lurk the Lore Forum without posting very often, lots of different faces in here...

Dang lurkers, we should persecute them, drive them away with torches and pitchforks and stuff, and the penguins too... wait, oh... :bolt:

Boethiah, Mephala...Come to think of it, any daedra that is capable of destabilizing a continent in one way or another.

Yeah. The Woodland Man's sphere consists of the knowledge of fate and just secret knowledge in general.

Note that because of this "fate knowledge," he's connected to Akatosh; thus, he's also one of the oldest Daedra. ALSO, because of this, he can be considered mere "withershin chaos," as my sig dictates.

Okay, I think I remember reading a book about this master conjurer who was trapped in his realm for eternity, so I geuss if you allowed into Mora's realm you wouldn't be coming out?

I vaguely remember reading something like that, so i'd say yes. You'd probably become one of those ghosts that roam through his libraries.

It only makes sense; you'd literally learn the knowledge of time itself. It would be "cheating" at life, and I bet HERMA MORA wouldn't let you do that.

Probably Sheogorath. Madness has always suited me well. If not him, then Hircine. Better to be the hunter than the hunted.

None of them. Because I'm not foolish enough to worship a godlike being that thinks of me as nothing more than a plaything that's not even theirs. You know how people treat things they have that aren't technically theirs; just look at how people treat rental cars.

They have to suffer no major lasting consequences upon themselves for their actions. Therefore, their demeanor likely hasn't passed beyond that of a child. Would YOU want to worship a child with godlike powers that is prone to temper tantrums?

It may be prudent to traffic with them when it is mutually beneficial, but to worship them.... folly.

Worship is not always complete love and adoration. I'm pretty sure few Aztecs had a soft spot for the god who demanded the blood of thousands. And doesn't Islam translate to something like 'obedience.' Awe should be sufficient, for most of the Princes.
