Sentry bots and Assaultrons.

Sentry bots, well just because.

Assaultrons because they look so eerily feminine, even in their movements.

Most of the insect type enemies, especially flying ones. They hardly ever keep still, move fast, are never alone, distort your vision and you have very low chances of hitting them in VATS unless they're close. Radscorpions are more annoying than scary. It's just stupid that they can tunnel.

After my first encounter with one of these, which scared the crap out of me 2 seconds before I got blown up by a mine right next to it, I shoot the head off of every one that I find before those little red eyes can start glowing...even if it gives away my position. Strongly dislike!

But as far as actual enemies in the game, the feral ghouls creep me out, especially at night. There was one building infested with feral ghouls that I went into at night, where the upper levels were completely pitch black, and I had to turn on my green pip boy light to see anything at all, only to have creepy ghouls rush at me from all directions...after that I had a nightmare in real life about a ghoul attacking me.

I imagine in real life I could accept my fate staring down a deathclaw.

Yet like Butch I would be skeeved out by rad roaches. Roaches the size of a pomeranian? No thanks

Any creature that inflicts radiation damage because my character generally does not like to use any chems.

Ghouls kinda caught me off guard at the beginning of the game because they move a lot faster compared to FO3 and NV.

Agreed, they look seriously creepy. They also don't seem to have anything in common with other Mirelurks.

As for the enemy, for sure Ghouls. Nothing worse when you're walking around and suddenly you turn around and there's one of them screaming in your face and about to hit you. Freaking mini heart attacks.

Mirelurk Kings. In FO3 they were unnerving, but also kind of silly. Like someone slipped on some shoddy made creature of the black lagoon costume and said rawr. But now... First time I found one I [censored] bricks and stood the the top of a hut dodging its sonic blasts and trying to desperately kill it with my pipe pistol. I was the fallout equivelant of a old maid freaking out over a mouse shouting "getitaway, getitaway!!!"

Feral Ghouls like many other folks have noted

Holy [censored] the execution of these guys in this game is Spot on, never ran like a ninny before

Crawling out of windows and crevasse, and the one beside you think is dead ISN'T on the ground anymore?

omg

In-game? Generally just Deathclaws. Especially at higher difficulties and lower levels. Even at level 36, they can still one-hit you at times by doing their kill move on you...

In-reality case? Raiders. Yes, if this was real, Deathclaws would be scary as hell but at least against them, I know I'll just get killed... I really don't want to suffer through whatever a raider would do to you.

For real though. I gun down mannequins way too often. Was running away from a deathclaw and came around a corner and saw a bunch of human-looking dudes so I dropped a nuka-grenade and kept running. Was real surprised that I didn't get any XP.

War... because it never changes.

But seriously, ferals are a huge step up in this game, that's for sure. And mole rats with mines strapped to them.

Anything legendary that is flying fast, I'm just too bad a shot. Blessed be the supersledge.

Anything legendary that is glowing.

Anything that spits acid, I hate that yellow stuff.

Combat robots of all kind.

I'm less scared when in power armor but that's only seldomly the case. There's usually just the naked skin and some leather straps to protect.

Ghouls don't scare me much as they are so easy to kill, you know if areas are ghoul infected pretty soon and use the q-radar to identify them.

Deathclaws scares me as they can easy kill me.

Hahahaha! That's hilarious, I've accidentally stole things a few times and usually they just take it away, I dont think I've ever been attacked for it.
