I went in with the idea that maybe all were bad. And in particular thought what you did about Aldmeri being holier than thou. Though I figured they or Daggerfall could be seen as most likely good or noble but again that was before playing. And I was guessing, seemed unlikley the way the game was being presented one alliance was going to be presented as more noble.
After going through the stater islands of each, I got little, as they tend to deal with outside forces, than other factions, barring Ebonheart Pact, which deals with Daggerfall Covenant, and that has to be said, is pretty brutal. Challenged my thoughts on them being the candidate for most noble. Although nothing so far has exonerated Nords warmongering history, and Dunmer xenophobia and slave trade.
What was the biggest challenge to my preconceptions was meeting the Aldmeri Queen Aryenn. Saying that I have not met the other leaders yet.
Yes, was unusual just for the fact they got allied with Bosmer who they been warring on off with, and even include in their religion. Likewise, with Argonian allying with their slavers the dunmer. It was really just picked for the fact the three are closest to each other, Maybe would have been better to plait the faction into 9 in theory. But the practice would maybe been harder..
Also worth noting again the dunmers slave trade and you meet a very obnoxious dunmer priestess, trying to force temple religion on an argonian village, early in Ebonheart Pact storyline.
