There are a lot more factions than oblivion and I for one am stoked to
find out the quests that these new as well as original factions have to offer
I like most people are probably mostly excited for the dark brotherhood
but who knows what might become the publics new favourite after the game comes out

do you people realize that the main quest line is about the Imperial Legion and Stormcloaks? How is the dark brotherhood going to be a longer story??

Based on Oblivion and the reception the Dark Brotherhood got, I'm going to guess they will put a lot of work into it to keep its reputation. It was a great questline in Oblivion and I'm gonna assume, until proven wrong, that they are going to make it that way again. However, its all preference. I'll be playing the College of Winterhold first, and I'll be doing it with my first character after the main quest.

Something is telling me the Storm cloaks will have the best reward, if you get all the way through. Being the possible leader of the rebellion and possibly succeeding? I'm assuming a great reward for this.

Of course, this is all speculation.

I will form the Brotherhood of Awesomeness with my mudcrab companion and myself.

I support Letrund's efforts. The day will come when the mudcrab army will take to the land and return justice to the world.

though I find it incredibly ironic if you join them because they were just about to kill you in the beginning.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure we can't join the Riverwood Warrior Clan.

you cant really say the imperial legion quest or the storm cloaks for which one will be longer cuz isn't both of the combined the main quest? and what is the riverwood warrior clan

Dark Brotherhood had one of the best quests in Oblivion. Really cool and fun.

I loved the rewards too, the armor and weapons were quite nice.

Imperial/Stormcloaks are a side (but major) quest line I believe. Alduin is going to be the main quest line

Well, just to be consistant, I voted for all of the College of WInterhold options.

There is a chance, depending on what happens in game, that my characters could join a "lesser" faction such as one managed by a hold chieftan, or other. prior to joining the College of Winterhold.

It is predicted that joining the College of Winterhold will happen.

Can't really reply to this because I really don't know. I will just wait and see when the game comes out.

In Oblivion I went from most evil to least evil, to simulate a change in character.

In Skyrim I do not know. Whichever catches my attention first I guess.
