The Blades are pretty annoying too, I just got to meeting Delphine the first time with my Dunmer Assassin and boy did I want her dead. During just our first conversation she tells me how she can kill me easily and how I'd be dead if she didn't like the look of me. Plus, she's her trying to boss me around after just meeting me. If she wasn't essential, she'd be taking a ride in my pocket in a soul gem via my bound dagger to her neck.

Are the goats their own faction?

Yes, I loved that! I always wanted to wipe them out in Oblivion, but even after finding their hideout I never could. I was delighted Skyrim let me do that

Checked off the Blades for sure here. Both of them, with their 'holier than thou' attitude, just grates on me first off... and then that outrageous ultimatum they throw down... I usually wash my hands of them as soon as it's possible. :facepalm: Mutters to self, "Oh, what would Jauffre think?!"

I did as well though I found that Madanach was impossible to kill. It literally took hundreds of swings with a shank...So I just went with the story line, got back my gear and put an arrow through his back before he reached the blacksmith.

I did the same. Got my gear back and slashed him and his followers in the face with my daedric longsword.

They aren't on the list, but I have nothing but disdain for the Stormcloaks, the Empire, and especially the Thalmor. I've tried playing through the civil war quest line but neither faction has really managed to gain my sympathy, and if I had my way I would let the three of them kill each other off and be done with it.

I also helped Madanach escape and then turned on him outside when I had support from my follower and the city guard.

I killed the Dark Brotherhood....in self defense.

Why would anyone want to wipe out the college at Winterhold? Just a bunch of mages minding their own business (unless you believe that paranoid stick in the mud of a jarl). I'd wipe out the Vigilantes of Stendarr if I could find out where they're hiding. As I've told the Thalmor countless times, I worship who I want, daedra included.

I would just like to point out that everyone hates Ulfric because of the horribly biased book Bear of the Reach, in which he allegedly slaughtered and tortured innocent Breton Forsworn... But currently the most votes for which faction you would wipe out goes to the Forsworn.

Thieves Guild: Would have done it already if it weren't for the essential tags.

Forsworn: They are barbarians that have turned their backs on true Breton culture. I have tried to reason with them but they attack me.


Aren't the Silver Hand just a named bandit group? Are they an anti-mage organisation? They attacked my Breton mage just for walking near a fort they lived in.

The Dark Brotherhood are the best to wipe out (and that mission does feel satisfying) because the world is a much better place without them.

If it were possible to wipe out the Thieves Guild, then that would be great (as they are lowlifes with little power - unlike Oblivion) and that would clean up Riften. It would be great if none of the Black-Briar family were marked as "Essential" meaning you could theoretically kill them all off, which would remove the corrupt aura Riften has around it.

Killing the Blades may not be the best, but cutting all communication with them and leaving them to rot and fend for themselves would be better.
Exterminating the Forsworn is a good deed to all of Skyrim, seeing how they are savage, barbaric beasts with no right to live.

If it were possible to kill all of the above, Skyrim would be a much more beautiful (and better) place.

This is slightly off topic, but it would be nice if there were quests involved with officially opposing a faction. I love the "Destory the Dark Brotherhood" quest, but that could really have been an entertaining quest series: traveling to different cities, doing detective work to discover who the local DB members are, mini-boss fights when you have to confront them, etc.

And why isn't there a similar quest for the Thieve's Guild? Or for the Blades? Why can't I tell Paarthurnax that the Blades want him dead, and to go wipe them out instead on his behalf?

Seriously, where are the Thalmor in this poll. They are the only faction I have a seething hatred for. Even the Forsworn, who I dislike, I can at least understand their grievances (even though I disagree with them).

Meh, I merely hate on those that attack me. The only reason I joined the Imperials is because they have access to better equipment and because I like Solitude more than Windhelm. For the most part, my character's views are "Live and let Live".
