I think the funniest quotes in the game are the constant references to how dead you are as soon as they find you... references which continue even after you've easily killed a dozen of their buddies.

I like the ones where they claiming I'm hiding and a coward while I'm out in the open trying to find them.

That conversation with the raiders about the guy who started making gernade noises and gun noises and then making noises of starting up and then driving off on a motorcycle single handedly the funniest thing I heard in a video game my vote for all time funniest dialogue goes to that conversation.
