You know piracy is damaging the PC gaming. But which games PC gamers buy?
-Good multiplayer games
-Well optimized and good graphics
-Creative independent games
-Bugless games
and which games they don't buy?
-Cheap and not optimized console ports
-Weak Multiplayer
and I also know most of PC gamers tries the game via torrent then buy it.The question is ; Which games do you buy and why? Which things you wanna know before you buy the game? Which fact is the most important and necessary?

Just because YOU illegally d/l games before buying (not believing that line either) does not mean MOST do.

Cut the guy some slack, he doesn't say HE downloads illegally. And it is a fact that piracy has a major impact on sale rates. So you can't really blame the guy for saying that.

I guess there are people that just buy their games (the majority) and people that try to pirate most of their games, only buying them if they want to go online.

So I would have to say that the most prominent reason 'pirates' buy games is because they want to go online.

That's a myth and most game developers know that (that's different for publishers, though). The most innovative studios have long faced the fact that old distribution/monetization methods no longer work in an economic environment that knows no scarcity. If you take a look at the Indie developer scene, you'll find some very interesting attempts at creating new business models that even embrace piracy.

But to come back to your original question: I primarily buy games that promise a good, deep story with plausible and differentiated characters and good dramaturgy. I'm very much into dramatic games that have to tell a meaningful story. If that is not achieved, games that surprise me with an interesting and immersive setting or scenario catch my attention. Casual games or sandbox games that don't give me any sense of purpose for the protagonist are not interesting to me personally, unless they have some really fun mechanics (like World of Goo).
