Is there a list of which hoods/helmets prevent vampire sun damage?

There are no items that exist in the game with that type of an effect, unless you are referring to mod-related content. You can craft, buy, or find enchanted apparel that can fortify health, stamina, and magicka regeneration speeds though, which at least partially let these attributes regenerate for vampires during the daytime.

Nothing that prevents the face damage?

If you want something similar, some armor enchanted with resist fire might do the trick.
