Scheming, powerhungry egomaniac. Cutthroat willing to do what it takes to get to the top of the guilds and factions he has chosen.

Err..
..I guess mine is 'politician'.

A rake.. a rove, a general roller and cosher, with bit of roof hugging, and some light foolery on the side.
Not really jobs, but a way to earn a living without actually doing anything.

However a tour guide, tout and general Mimir would also work.

Assassin/Chief, the type of person who kills the vics than makes a nice "special meat" stew out of them for herself and others to enjoy :)

If I want to say which is part time and which is full time I would have to say...Both? A girl has to eat right?

A Highwayman! Just sitting on the side of a road, waiting for people to come by. All your needs and more! Low on food? Just take it by force! :)

Woodcutting. I'm just going to HAVE to make a lumberjack.

You'll need the right theme http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zey8567bcg then.

I want to be a grave robber when I grow up. :D

I'm looking forward to the crafting. Especially if it allows customization of different items.

my main character will be an assassin. on his down time he will still work with what he knows best - the blade - he will be a blacksmith. in doing so he will know his weapon from the inside out. unraveling its mysteries and learning its weaknesses to utilize against his foes that would turn a blade unto him.

I want to be a farmer/miller/baker. I'll plant my own wheat, harvest it, mill it into flour, and then bake the best sweet rolls that Skyrim has ever seen. My baked goods will be legend.

In my spare time I will kill dragons.
