Hi, I know I've seen this mod somewhere, but can't find it just searching around on Nexus. Which mod adds warm clothing for NPC's in cold areas? Not the cloaks mod-it was one that just added fur clothing to NPC's in the snowy areas instead of regular clothes...

You're thinking of Wet & Cold.

Also there are some mods that add sleeves to certain armor sets. Like Iron, steel, and stormcloak / guard uniforms. Just search Sleeve on the nexus.

Winter is Coming also works nicely in conjunction with Wet & Cold. (throw in Frostfall too, while you're at it)
