Which NPC did *you* kill...

The religious guy in Whiterun preaching for Talos... NOONE tells me what to believe in! I also killed some Thalmor Agents on sight because of that.

I killed a snobby High Elf in the Radient Raiment, after stealing from her :D
Then she sent hired thugs after me from the grave

I was like "WHO DARES SEND THUGS AFTER ME! I SHALL SLAY YOU!" *read the bounty letter* "Oh.. i've already slain you.. wait what?"

Always wanted to kill Maul though... But you can't for some strange reason.

I found a Mercenary in Ebony armor before I could find it, and asked him what was up. I failed the speech check to get in on the mission he was headed to, so I killed him.

I've killed the Ghost of Lucien LaChance quite a few times as his soundbites though awesome at first become bloody annoying when everytime you're talking to another NPC he's going (In over-dramatic lucien voice) 'Have you everrr hearrd of the talllllee of Matthieuuu Bellamont!! the Dark Brotherhood traitor' or 'One day you will serve Sithisss in the VOIIIIID as IIII do NOW!'

Yeah one time I was chatting to Delphine and then up came Lucien 'Have youuu everrr,' Me, 'Excuse me one sec' Lucien, 'hearrdd the TALLLLE... ARGHHHH!'

Needless to say I wiped the ectoplasmic goo off my mace and sat back in relief!

Every time I entered Whiterun: "I should bash your face in for all you've done." (anyone who's completed the Stormcloak missions will know who this is)

He never did, so I figured I'd show him how.

I play a sneaky archer character who shoots first and asks questions later. I've killed more non-hostile NPCs than I'd have liked to, but meh, they shouldn't have been standing out in the woods like that....or traveling the road. I usually behave myself in town though.

Annoying Red-Guard in Whiterun one that says "do you visit cloud district very often? Of course not"! I got sick of him so I put an arrow straight through his head.

Conveniently enough, the only NPC I decided to do this to actually had a quest to kill him. I think they made him annoying just because of that.

So no one. Though I have definitely shot quest people who were standing in my way.

Thanks for that post, Ra'Quanar. I was going to see if it was really him, because I hadn't done that in my game. Now I don't have to, because I just know.

I *almost* killed a random Hunter just because he called me a cat.

Punched him three times and took down half his health, but decided to not continue after he didn't retaliate. :P

Edit: And I came close to wanting to murder J'zargo after I discovered what his scrolls did in the middle of a fight in the last dungeon for the College of Winterhold quests on Master difficulty.

"Oh hey let's try those scrolls out for once..."

*boom*

"J'ZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!"

Did anyone of you ever kill an NPC, only to regret it later on? For example, when this NPC appears to be part of a quest or another story line?

I'm tempted to stick an arrow firmly between the preacher in Whiterun's eyes.

On my Stormcloak-sympathizing, life-valuing, Talos-worshiping Nord.

I kill everyone at the Thalmor embassy

I killed all of the guards in the thalmor embassy before the actual mission and now I'm stuck inside the embassy. Anyone know how I can restart the mission with the guards still alive? My earliest save was after I killed the guards.
