I always got pissed off at Fantastic and Oliver Swanick because of their annoying voices and how stuck up they are.

I find the NCR Ranger hit squads to be really irritating. I always kill them right when they arrive instead of waiting three days because it renders their threats null.
Jeanie May Crawford also annoys the hell out of me. Probably because I deal with a lot of 'don't criticize our little town' townies everyday.
The Mick and Ralph's Crier is also extremely annoying, along with the nearby asswipe known as Tapper.
Colonel Moore annoys me with her unnecessarily spiteful, arrogant attitude, and Oliver annoys me with his utter stupidity. Yes Man's inflection and general dialogue can also get annoying after a while.

I haven't gone one single playthrough without killing him.
He doesn't deserve to live.

Drop all of your favorite weapons and armor into the area before talking to Otho.
Talk to Otho and tell him you want to fight in the arena.
When you enter, pick all of your weapons and armor up off the ground and own the other sap who is stuck with slave rags and his/her fists.

I only do this when I fight Lupa, because I hate having to kill a dog with something as cruel as a machete.

I was feeling exceptionally lazy one day, so I tried this trick while fighting Stella. She picked up my gear before I did...Thankfully that wasn't a DiD playthrough. :tongue:

the lottery guy is the only one garenteed to get a bullet in the throat every play through, once i forgot about him and had to mad-dash scramble backwards to avoid dialog and pull out my gun

That not-a-ghoul hanging out with the Bright Followers. The hardest thing in the 'Come Fly With Me' quest by far is not putting a bullet in his stupid face.

St. James was a good answer. He's a disgusting person. I only hope that last little girl died a quick death.

Dr. Hildern annoys me. Doesn't even try to warn you that Vault 22 is dangerous (It's really not though).

Mayor Stein, I wish we could see him die or at least show me the body.

Now as for "nice" characters

Lacey at the Mojave Outpost. I hate how her only exit dialogue is like you told her "never mind". I can spend thousands of caps and she just says "Fine then."
