Hey guys

I remember when Dragonborn first came out it was discovered that certain perks don't reset if you respec, either through Mora or the Legendary feature. Does anyone have a list of these?

Also, can anyone repost the perks affected by a vampire player with Necromage? Couldn't find that one either.
