On which platform do you play on?

Post » Sun Sep 06, 2009 5:40 am

All those guys arguing about which platform is better, I thought about making a poll, just for sake of it. Most guys will be PC I guess, but I may be totally wrong. For the guys who aren't choosing PC, Dremora will abduct you all. :obliviongate:

I have a PC and a Xbox360, but I prefer PC. Modding. 'nuff said.

I can't justify buying a console that's primary purpose is for gaming. Now upgrading a computer... easily justifiable.

I've played past installments on multiple platforms.

Morrowind = Xbox and PC

Oblivion = Xbox 360 and PC

but I don't think my computer will run this one so I'll probably get it for PS3, which is the console I currently own.

The DRM in Skyrim will determine what platform I play it on.

Eh. I play on PC and 360, but I do not think my laptop can handle the greatness of Skyrim; it can barley play Oblivion. I almost bought the expansions on 360 for Oblivion but the prices were rediculous, so I bought the GOTY edition on PC and have been enjoying it again since then. I will likely get both versions just for the fun of it. :foodndrink:

I'd love to, but I can't justify the hundreds (upwards of a thousand, likely) it'd cost to get a PC that would run Skyrim. 360 it is.

PC and PC. Even if it was just for the UOP, a PC makes it all worth it. With Skyrim going to be a Games for Windows title, you just pop your 360 controller in and it's a win/win.

PC.

I to played Morrowind on the Xbox first then quickly built a PC to play it on. I never looked back. PC or bust so to speak.

I did buy the PS3 version of FNV but it was for my friend/roommate. I have never played it. They prefer consoles. (They have Oblivion/FNV for PS3. PC's are "too much work".)

I don't think that my PC can handle Skyrim with all it has to offer, so i probably will play it on 11.11.11 with my Xbox 360, then later i will buy a new PC to play it with all the mods.

After Morrowind and Oblivion collectively ate for breakfast an original Xbox, a 360 and a PS3, I got fed-up and built a dedicated gaming PC.

I'll never go back.

Why do people "argue" what is better? Just play the game you nerds.

Getting the game for X360.

PC for the controls and the mods. No reason whatsoever to get it on console aside from installation laziness.

Xbox 360. Its hard for me to get into games on the pc. Mods ruin games for me and I dont like mouse and keyboard controls (and my laptop would never be able to run Skyrim)

PC and then more PC. Wasn't used to anything else, and mods are so shiny everytime. *Loves the mod community*

Same here. My 3rd party 3D accelerator and sound cars are not just for games.

Play an ES on a system that can't accept mods?

Why even play?
