which provinince would you like to live in?

The Telvanni area of Morrowind, Skyrim or High Rock. I don't know much about high rock other than how it's all magical, which is cool.

I can't stand heat so Summerset/Elsweyr(?) is a nono :P

You need to practice your magic skills. A good resist fire or fire shield and you'll stop feeling so hot. Worst-case, a very slow frost damage on self spell.

Probably Cyrodiil. Most likely in imperial city, or anvil to be by the ocean rather than a lake sort of thing.

Skyrim.

Let your toes freeze of, get torn apart by wild bears... or drunk Nords, you can do it all in Skyrim!

Cryodill is the closest province that resembles Washington. Big mountains somewhere over there. Hot, dry highland. And, of course, the the big rainy forest. Only thing out of place would be the swamps to the south.

I'd live in High Rock (I usually play a Breton) or Anvil in Cyrodiil.

The Summerset Isles. I guess its quite warm there and it brings to my mind a mysterious beautiful place that has been altered by magic. And the Altmer are my favourite race.

High Rock. I would be a knight in one of the orders...maybe the Order of the Raven or Knights of the Flame!

Orsinium. With the Orcs. Because of course, if I was on Nirn, I would be an Orc.

I'd live in plain old Anvil. You have the sea, a few nearby beaches, a choice of watering holes, a haunted house and new people with more news to tell arriving in off the boat. When you get bored you can just sign up to a crew and sail the ocean blue. Next stop Wayrest!

I would like to live in Vvardenfell or Summerset Isles.

I can't really decide, the the Altmer are annoying little .... I like the dark elves for some reason, even though they act like SOBs..
