Either Cyrodiil, Morrowind, or Hammerfell.

Cyrodiil seems to be the most balanced, civilized, safe, and mulicultered, while Morrowind is home to the Dunmer, my favorite race. But I really like the environment of Hammerfell. Hot and dusty, but with lots of ocean.

I would have to go with Cyrodiil. I normally play Imperial so I would fit right in

Highrock. The area is rich with lore, temples filled with nvde ladies, and taverns. From Highrock, one can take a boat to the most cultured cities in the world but the greatest of them all is Daggerfall.

Anywhere but Morrowind, probably Cyrodiil, most normal.

I might spend some time on Summerset to study their magics and time on Vvanderfall to enjoy their architecture (their Daedric shrines and Dwemer ruins are beautiful, but the best is the Telvanni structures... nothing in Oblivion or Daggerfall comes close to any of those). But I'd probably end up living in High Rock. High Rock has rich magical traditions (thousands of mages guild halls, dozens of witches covens, not to mention Scourge Barrow), good food, and extensive trade with Hammerfell, Cyrodiil, Skyrim, Summerset, and Morrowind for acquiring anything non-local I might want.

Mines would be Cyrodiil, because in a way it's kinda like United States where all races are usually welcome... Morrowind wouldn't be to bad but unlike Cyrodill the Dunmers hates outlanders... Plus the Cyrodiil's envirorment has everything from all the other places in Tameril, there is mountains, snow, forest, swamp, etc.

High Rock. Though I love Vvardenfell, it wouldnt be easy to live there unless you were a Dunmer born in the county.

I like Cyrodiil. It's cosmopolitan. You never see Imperials calling you "outlander" and such like those arrogant yet totally provincial bumble#@$&s in Vvardenfell.

That's one of the biggest problems I had with Morrowind. I despised almost everyone, because they were so colloquial and tribal. And I'm supposed to feign nicey-nicey? Pfff. Go choke on blight infested ash. Where's the caravan to Cheydinhal?

The Telvanni area of Morrowind, Skyrim or High Rock. I don't know much about high rock other than how it's all magical, which is cool.

I can't stand heat so Summerset/Elsweyr(?) is a nono :P

A tree house in Valenwood not far from a nice open gladed area. Perhaps near Arenthia, being near Cyrodiil would be nice as pretty much everything is available there.

Either that or on my own island of the coast of Anvil.

I would say that I would like to live on Summerset Isle if there wasn't the whole class system and the war going on against it.
