Meridia (Ayleids).

i would disagree with that. meridia didnt really favor them, just was doing some business with them. Ayleids were still pretty much Altmer, and liked Aedra

Based on the fact that both Sheogorath's Dukes are Wood Elves, I'd have to say that.

Then again, his second-in-command (in essence) is Haskill, an Imperial.

And the bosmer in anvil that thinks the akaviri queen is coming to get him, Thadon and Syl are Bosmer too

On a serious note about Bosmer, given the Green Pact and their lifestyles, you'd think Hircine might like 'em more than other races.

I think sheogorrath has no favourites, but since he is insane he likes to take the most unassuming form of the most unassuming race. A big fat imperial, no one would think that a single fat imperial would be that strong. Imperials tend to be weak by themselves, and in combat. But for all their usual weakness they have enormous strength, and they seemed harmless and then took over the whole continent. Sort of like insanity, it seems harmless until you see its true power. Sheggy in theory is like the imperials, he might even like them since they pass a small resembalance to him.

So far I can only name 5 Princes who are very involved with Mundus and hav ehad "favourite races":
Boetiah (Dunmer), Mephala (Dunmer), Azura (Khajiites, Dunmer), Malacath (Orcs), Meridia (Ayleids).
Thats not even a third of all Princes... and I think we dont know of any special affilition between Sheogorath and a certain people.

The Dunmer ARE popular! How much of that is just arrogant clergy?

I'd wager Argonians.

There's Big head, Runs-in-Circles, Sheer-Meedish, Wide-Eyes, and many others in his realm, and Big Head is a major worshiper and Wide-Eyes Is part of the court of Mania.

So Argonians do seem popular in The Shivering Isle. Now who wants a drink? :hehe:

Haskill is actually Breton, according to his NPC entry. I don't think Haskill is mortal though, that's merely what the NPC entry in the Construction Set says. I think he may be... something else. Daedroth, perhaps?

I don't say he has a preferred race, and if he does, I'm sure he changes his mind. I don't think he's the type of guy to have a "preferred" race. He's just too crazy to care.

Definatly bosmer. In SI Thadon and Syl are bosmer and there have been a lot of crazy bosmer in past games.

I would say he favors no races, he has no reason to, he has no connection to any specific races, Malacath for example favors Orcs because he was their patron before he became a Daedric Prince, Sheogorath has no such relation to any races, nor are the traits he values something any specific race is prone to have, Sheogorath likes crazy people, and any race can be crazy insanity doesn't care about race.
