Which race do you most hope gets a major overhaul?

Orcs and judging by the screenshot of the one eyed male orc they already did
I hope the female orcs will look great as well.

I voted Redguard as far as who NEEDED it the most. They looked like imperials covered in red clay.

But I WANT the Bosmer to be changed the most. More like their art and lore and less goofy. I'm tired of Bosmer being a running gag. Their lore sounds awesome but none of the ones ingame are ever like that.

Huzzah! :foodndrink:. Perhaps we will not eat you all, after all ...

High Elves are on the top of my list, Nords being a close second.

Neither of them look very natural in my opinion.

I though the argonians looked really cool in OB, so I'm hopping the Altmer get the biggest change.

Dark Elf - They're freaky. In most other games featuring them, they're totally smokin' hawt.

I sort of hope that they take it back to the Morrowind style in the respect of the small horns that the woodelves sometimes had, and so on. They just need to be, different.... I just think that each race should have it's own physical uniqueness far beyond that of Oblivion...

Dunmer... they were badass with their tatoos in Morrowind, and in OB they looked (and sounded) like a bunch of pansies

They all need to be overhauled. todd howard said all the races would be essentially the same except for small stat bonuses that can be overcomed in a few hours. in OB they all felt the same except for spells that could easily be bought a spell shop. they dont feel unique at all. there should be significant differences in each races to give players a reason to pick one race over another other than their appearances.

The point of an RPG is to play the character you want to play, not which one is most convenient because of predetermined numbers.

I think the Khajiit should get a major redo.

We Altmer are already genetically perfect. There is no need to change us.

I picked Altmer but pretty much any of the races could have their appearance tweaked.

I think there's a consensus that the two races that need it the most are the Bosmer and Argonians. The Bosmer look like chubby babies with silly hair, as opposed to the slender, quite beautiful elves the lore suggests (I usually think of like a shortish version of the Dalish Elves from DA:O). The Argonians in OB looked like lizards with human bodies, not the amphibious/reptilian creatures their evolution and the lore would suggest.

I'm very curious about Argonians, but I hope all of them have been overhauled.

I voted for Dunmer.

I love the whole D&D Drow look (Obsidian skin, bleach-white hair, red eyes, etc.), but I think that with the lore, plus cultural effects, I think that a slight tweaking would be helpful.

Bring back the facial tattoos, and since Dunmer culture is so wrapped around ancestor worship, make the facial tattos glow or something whenever they undertake something that has to do with their ancestors.

Just MHO. =)

Bretons. I'd be content with Argonians, Khajiit and Bosmer simply returning to their Morrowind look, but Bretons have long been in desperate need of a unique design that would do justice to their not-quite-Nedic heritage instead of being just a slightly paler copy-paste of Imperials.

Argonian, they just looked too much like a scaly human with a reptile head plopped on top. In Oblivion, at least.
