Which really devoted fan is more mature pc, xbox or sony?

Post » Sat Jan 25, 2014 8:15 am

An those asking why not Nintendo then ill just say who does Nintendo target cause it sure ain't advlts.

Anyway we all know the story Xbox [censored] say it's the best and PlayStation [censored] say it's the best and those on pc say it's better then both but I don't care about that as the title says.

Which is more mature?

By that I mean maturity because my brothers are 13 and 21 an both play games like cod, halo an so on but yet my lil bro is the more mature gamer because he doesn't act his age by screaming or been abusive.

An yes every really devoted fan maybe as bad as each other and most are just trolls but in your opinion as a gamer who may have played on all platforms or maybe just one who would seem to be the more mature.

None. You have to lack maturity to be a fan boy of anything.

Neither. A mature person should enjoy the real life more than the virtual one. At least in a fundamentally different way.

No really devoted fans are mature. If you cannot acknowledge the faults of your own system and acknowledge the good things about another you're not mature.

Really devoted fans aren't mature people. It's childish to dis other people for playing on different systems while being fanatical about your own.

Indeed.

Aaaand, this will be locked.

But, none, they're all about the same. Anyone who puts down another for liking another gaming platform doesn't have much maturity to begin with.

The world won't end either. Is it so hard not to judge other persons for their tastes?

None of them? As others have said, super devoted fans aren't mature, and I've seen plenty of immaturity from each side.

Yeah... games that are rated E are only for babies, no matter how good the game might be. advlts can't be seen playing those games. Nope, that never happens.

You're right. Resident Evil was targeted to 7 year olds. No wait, that would be immature to assume. :P

I drive a car and pay bills , I play Xbox. I am so mature. I never laugh when people tell poopie jokes, or giggle when I spell assassin.

I guess we could all be considered immature because we play video games in the same vein as our grandparents thinking of their children (our parents) as immature for watching TV and listening to music.

Determining who is more mature at being fanatical is not something to glorify.

A console can't be mature. It's a flipping console.

Huh

To grossly label games or any medium rather as immature is just a wild stereotype or flat our wrong there's a multitude of intellectual thought provoking games, this is archaic and outdated way of thinking people just think about games and not the tools the medium brings forward to potentially advance things like storytelling and immersion.People that label gaming as immature clearly haven't gave any consideration to the amount of potential this medium has delivered on and has to further develop.

If you seriously care about the maturity of a core fanbase of one platform or another in the backdrop of the "console war" then it's you that's the immature one.

That's pretty much the point I was making. What people used to be considered immature is now the norm and a great medium for story telling and entertainment. (like going to the motion pictures in the early 20th century, then TV in the mid century to 70's/80's, then video games of 90's and onward)

We don't do platform wars or platform bashing or boasting here.

Play games on whatever platform you have or can afford and enjoy games for their own sake.
