As far as I can tell, it's either Lighting Quality or having Screen Space Reflections on. I turned them both down/off, and the sky seems to be rid of the haze.

If anyone can link me to a benchmark that shows comparison shots of those settings, I'd appreciate it, I wasn't able to find any.
