Between Sprinting Revised and the Simple Sprinting which one is better/more compatible?? Also are there any other sprinting mods? Thanks in advance

Never tried those but I use http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12074 becuase it's quite configurable.

I've been using Running Revised in every game I've played for years now and love it. I've never had a problem with conflicts or compatibility. I haven't used the other mod you mention so I can't comment on that.
