Which system are you buying SKYRIM for?

Post » Sat Sep 17, 2011 9:33 pm

Myself I'll be purchasing this game for PC due to modding and not having to play on console anymore. The opportunities are there so I figure I'll go right to PC for purchasing for The Elder Scrolls V: SKYRIM. Since I own MORROWIND and OBLIVION for computers and to put them on the shelf.
This thread is more for census reasons to see which system you'll be buying this title for. No flame wars and of course keep it civil.

Sorry but what's the different between manufactured retail and digital distribution?

Digital Distribution = STEAM.
Manufactured Retail = Physical Copy of the game.

OT : PC, Manufactured Retail.

One which you can place on a shelf which has the cover, disc, manual and a case. Digital Distribution is from something such as Steam or Direct 2 Drive. I'm in heavy biased favor for manufactured retail though.

EDIT: I've already voted (PC manufactured retail/physical copy). I'm hoping all forum members will be voting honestly.

360 since my computer is barely specced to play Morrowind. When I upgrade in a year or two I may buy the game of the year edition for PC if the price is right.

Forgot, Manufactured Retail is what I plan on getting. I like having a hard copy of the game. Steam be damned.

I’ll be getting it for the 360 only because I have a sweet surround sound set up and it’s much more comfy in front of my tv. :)

I wish I had a gaming PC, for the moment I'm stuck with my work computer so the best option for me has always been my 360~

The physical copy for PC eventhough you still have to register with Steam. Also Ive never used mods for any games, just so people know its not always a mod thing.

Both PC Digital and Retail. Ordered the CE retail and the key will stay unused for if I want to sell it later.

Xbox 360, sadly my computer is to old and would have a heart attack if I tried to play Skyrim.
