Agent of Subterfuge: Use this power to cause all nearby enemies to fight each other for 30 seconds. I like having the mob fight itself then i clean up the rest of them :)

whenever I use it only one person in the whole group will attack the others, but it has come in handy although I wish I could experiment with the others. I accidentally picked the one I have because there wasn't a way to see which was which.

How do you get back to where you can choose? I know where Nightingale Hall is, but cannot remember where I go to choose a new Nightingale power?

Is there a level cap on this, like Illusion spells? I can't find that information on UESP.

I didn't notice one. i don't have it yet on my current chracter to test it.
