Which of these mods takes huge hit on my FPS? : IV

It seems like my games been choppy lately. I suspect it's the sneaking detecting recalibrated and the Thieves Arsenal that are the culprits. I was also using stealth overhaul before sneaking detecting recalibrated, so I was wondering if that too brought down my FPS.
