Which version of Skyrim are you going to purchase?

PS3

I know it would be much better on the pc but I have a crappy laptop and have always been a console gamer, no mods for oblivion is a sad thing

PC, because of mods and graphics: Customizability to own liking, almost indefinite replay value, and graphics updates from the modding community for years to come.

Even if the consoles would get mods their hardware stays the same, so Skyrim isn't going to look better on them after few years.

I feel more comfortable with the 360 and will pass the game on the Xbox

But I will also get it on the PC.

PC version. Currently i'm without a decent pc, i only have a crappy laptop. I also have a 360 and a ps3, but i really can't stand playing such games with thumbsticks. The only games that work good with thumbsticks are racing games (which i hate) and 3rd person action-like games kinda like god of war. Every single first person game is always better handled with a mouse, that's my main reason why i choose the PC version.

Another plus with the PC version are better graphics and mods ofcourse. So much better for immersion really. I understand PC's are quite expensive for some people, but you need a pc anyway. If you decide not to spend money on a console you can buy a normal pc (which you'll need anyway) + add another 300€ or something for not buying a console and there you have your gaming pc.

I'm definitely getting the game for the PC, but I will most likely get an Xbox 360 version for the nephew. His pc is a hand me down that barely plays Fallout 3 and hes got a nearly new xbox.

Theoretically, I could get all three. I think I'm going to stick with the PC though. Bug fixes and mods are always a plus, and it'll give me an excuse to get a new gaming rig :D

So which version are you going to buy?

PC. I think the PC will get most of this vote because most people who are on the computer a lot (IE, using the forums a lot) will have a decent enough rig to play it on the PC.
