Which do you guys prefer and why? I prefer the Enclave over BoS.

Depends. I think that the Lyon's Brotherhood is doing an overall greater act for the benefit of mankind, and doing it the morally OK way, but the Brotherhood as a whole isn't someone I'd like to get involved with. Enclave's out of the question. Not siding with somebody who'd kill me on spot for no reason. At least the BoS have a probability of asking questions first.

I'd say Neither. They both have the ability to help out the Wasteland, but aren't executing it the way I'd like. So, in my opinion, a third faction like the Regulators or something is preferable.

BOS. Mainly because Im a moderator on there forums. And that may be biased. But the Enclave are indeed very respectable. Very respectable indeed.

None. Outcast beats them all. But technology wise I'd have to go with Enclave. Brotherhood just scramble old materials, they didnt even build Liberty Prime.

The Outcasts are pretty much what the real Brotherhood is, unlike Lyons' splinter faction.

Given the choices, I'd go with the Brotherhood. At least they won't shoot you if they see you (that is, both BoS and the Outcasts/Western BoS.)

Enclave is a bit better than BoS... But Outcasts are where it's at.

Depends on which BoS we're talking about, since the Outcasts are pretty much like the real BoS in the West Coast, unlike Lyons' splinter faction on the East Coast.



Makes me sad when people use "BoS" to refer to only the FO3 splinter faction by default, and use a "Western BoS" qualifier to refer to the real one. It should be the other way around if anything.

Brotherhood, but not Lyons' branch. They're selfish [censored]s, but certainly can be respected for their ideals and ultimate goals. Enclave? No. I can't respect anyone with nazi-like ideology.

I much rather be with the BoS; firstly they come from soldiers and not politicians, so that's a plus right there. The West Coast are quasi-isolationists but they ultimately do want to help and the East Coast are more pro-active in the way they help others, none are genocidal psychopaths like the big E, so that's another plus.

I'd take either of the BoS; I rather live with Deathclaws and super mutants than the machiavellian hell hole that would be an Enclave run society :nuke:

They are both incredibly over-rated. Both groups are totally up themselves, especially FO3's BoS and all that Lyon's pride crap.

When it comes down to it and I have to choose who I would ultimately side with between the BoS and Enclave, I choose Enclave because they have all the cool stuff like Vertibirds. Even though I hate the Enclave, they have all the good gear.

I like the Enclave's tech more, but I like the fact that the BoS doesn't try to kill me on sight like the Enclave does. So it's a tossup for me.

Sigh, neither, enclaves are genocidal murderous bastards, BOS? Outcast and West Coast can explain that, they are pretty disrespectful toward wastelanders, compare their forces and technologies to NCR and enclave are just full of LULZ.

Enclave. Best technology and a miriad of other reasons. Lyons' mickey mouse BoS haven't got a cat's chance in hell. The true Brotherhood deserve my respect, though, and they have it, as do the Outcasts. The Outcasts demand even more respect because of what they did; with less numbers, they stood up against Lyons' disobedience and left to continue their mission (which they're doing).

Anyways, I prefer the NCR to the Enclave and all the BoS factions.

I would prefer one of the Mafia families, probably taking them under my control and redistribute Jet across the wasteland thanks to a Myron follower.

If anything, Lyons and his men should be referred to as "Outcasts" as they are basically no longer members of the BOS, but instead a splinter faction.

Also, the US Government(Poseidon Oil Rig), was one of the most entertaining/menacing factions. Realistically though, if you really want the "good guys" of the series, then you should be cheering for the NCR.

This has been done loads of times, and I have explained it loads of times. So I'll just say this...

God bless the Enclave, and no one else.

I'd have to go with the BoS. Because, wow, umm.... Honostly, the BoS just barely has better morales, and only because they don't kill people for no reason, they don't really steal either. I see the Enclave as a big giant Mafia that does whatever the [censored] they want, purely because they have the power to do so. As the Brotherhood, even though they don't care about an individual life, they care about the Big Picture of things, the populas as a whole.

They just want the good thing in the end, but don't really give a flying rats ass how they do it. And I can respect that Unlawful Good Scheme.

At least that's the feel I get from them, I've really only played the sh*t out of the first Fallout, I've only played a little of the 2nd, Tactics, and the 3rd. So my outlook on this matter is back from an original perspective.

Neither, BoS are a bunch of Mussolini clones and Enclave are a bunch of Amon Goth clones.
